Carried.

No bar between us and your guests. Our models carry the entire oyster service through the room and open each oyster in front of the person who will eat it.

The signature

Everything at the waist.
Nothing behind a counter.

The belt

Designed to move.

Each host wears our purpose-built service belt with two vessels: one carrying oysters on ice, the other receiving the shells. Knife, cloth and the details needed for service remain within reach.

The host moves naturally from conversation to conversation. The oyster is opened, presented and served there — in the middle of the event.

Our philosophy

The service moves.
The guest doesn't.

Our models

The people are part of the experience.

Our models are selected for presence as much as service. Styled for the occasion and trained as Oyster Society hosts, they become a moving part of the room — polished, personal and never hidden behind a station.

Provenance

Not just an oyster.

Fine de Claire. Gillardeau. Utah Beach. We select according to season and occasion and can tell your guests what they are tasting — variety, origin and character.

The product matters. So does the way it arrives in their hand.

Champagne

Oysters deserve company.

Premium champagne can be added to the experience. We select the bottle with you and integrate it into the service rather than treating it as an afterthought.
