Our models move between your guests wearing a specially designed service belt. Oysters on ice, tools and everything needed for the ritual travel with them. Each oyster is opened directly in front of the guest.

The people carrying Oyster Society are part of the experience. Selected models become our hosts for the evening — elegantly styled, trained in the service and moving naturally between guests rather than waiting behind a counter.
